You have two addresses — but one website
Everything actually lives at cinewear.com. Your name address, natyparodi.com, is just a thin “mask” that secretly shows cinewear.com inside it — a trick from the 1990s that search engines can’t see past.
The secure (https) version of natyparodi.com was never set up. Modern browsers try it first — and just spin.
- 1Your name is invisible to Google. natyparodi.com has no content of its own for search engines to find.
- 2It’s broken for most visitors. Anyone whose browser insists on a secure connection gets nothing at all.
- 3The fix comes free with this move. The new setup gives both addresses a proper secure connection.
Your site lives on GoDaddy, managed by your designer
cinewear.com runs on WordPress on GoDaddy’s hosting, originally built by IconGroupNY on a 2015 design. It works — but it isn’t yours to manage, and you pay for hosting a portfolio that doesn’t need any of WordPress’s machinery.

Rayban, Apple TV, Gatorade, Nike, Disney, Google… the portfolio itself is in great shape and moves over untouched.

cinewear.com and natyparodi.com are registered to you at GoDaddy, paid through June 2027. They stay yours — and they move with you.

Your email, your login, both domains added, every existing setting copied over — email settings first. Details two slides ahead.
Flip the switch at GoDaddy
One settings change points both addresses at Cloudflare. The old site keeps running underneath — nothing goes dark.
Check everything together
Both addresses, secure connections, every film, the resume, a test message through the contact form — and email flowing for a few days.
Cancel the old hosting
Only once everything is confirmed do we end the GoDaddy hosting plan.
Move the domain names home
The registrations themselves transfer to Cloudflare — the how-to is in this deck. After that, GoDaddy is fully out of your life.
If you have email at these addresses, it keeps working
Both domains have email service configured at GoDaddy. Whether you use it is question number one — because it’s the only thing in this move that could genuinely hurt if handled carelessly.
The website move changes where the site lives, not where mail goes. We copy the mail settings into Cloudflare before flipping anything, so delivery never pauses.

A Cloudflare account of your own
The demo runs on Peter’s Cloudflare account today. For the real thing, everything is rebuilt in an account that belongs to you alone — set up together, in one sitting.
Create the account
At dash.cloudflare.com/sign-up: your email, a strong password. Then turn on two-step login so a stolen password alone can’t get in.
Add a payment card
Hosting stays free — the card is only for the domains: the transfer and the roughly $10.50-a-year renewals.
Add both domains
Cloudflare reads the existing settings — email included — and copies them in. We double-check the copy together before anything is switched.
Peter moves the site in
The rebuilt site and all the films are redeployed into your account, and the demo on Peter’s account is retired.
Reclaiming the domain names from GoDaddy
GoDaddy doesn’t make leaving easy — expect stay-with-us offers and a few hoops. But the path is well-worn, and done once per domain, it takes about ten minutes of clicking.
Tell GoDaddy you’re leaving
In Domain Portfolio, pick the domain → Transfer to another registrar. Decline the retention offers; switch off Domain Protection and Privacy if it asks.
Copy the authorization code
GoDaddy confirms it’s you (a code by text or email), then reveals a one-time authorization code — the key that proves the domain is yours to move.
Hand the code to Cloudflare
In Cloudflare: Domain Registration → Transfer Domains → paste the code. The ~$10.50 charge isn’t a fee — it buys a full extra year on top of time already paid.
Approve it — don’t wait
Back at GoDaddy, approve the pending transfer under Transfers Out and it wraps up in about a day; ignored, it completes by itself in 5–7 days. Site and email keep working throughout.
One rule to know: a domain can’t move within 60 days of a change to its contact details — so we leave the GoDaddy contact info untouched until after the transfer.
